About The Lyrics

The Hindi lyrics for this song were put together by P. Mohan [1] using various Internet resources and the subtitles of the original movie.

Fun Facts

The song is picturized on the lead character Mohan (Jeetendra) singing to the heroine Radha (Tanuja) who is on a wheelchair. During the song, Mohan encourages Radha to get up from the wheelchair and stand up, which she does with some effort.

In another version of the song, Mohan is shown in a joyful and romantic mood, dancing and expressing his happiness. The visuals are filled with flowers, open skies, and vibrant nature, symbolizing the arrival of spring and love.

The phrase “Aane Se Uske, Aaye Bahaar” (With her arrival, spring has come) became a popular metaphor in everyday language for the joy someone brings into one’s life.

Laxmikant–Pyarelal won the award for Best Music Director at the 17th Filmfare Awards in 1970 for their music in “Jeene Ki Raah”.
